The Concentration Area in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering at PPGEC was incorporated into the program’s activities in 2005. Currently, the Area conducts cutting-edge research focused on sustainability, water resources preservation, and the development of biotechnological solutions applied to sanitation, structured into two main research lines.
