Spatial Iformation

The Area of Concentration in Spatial Information was created in 2005. Currently, the Area has two research lines, they are:

• Cartography, GIS and Remote Sensing
• Geodesy and Hydrography

The Program also has the transversal research line Computational Methods Applied to Engineering, which serves the four areas.
