Courses and Syllabi

The PPGEC offers courses divided between core areas and related fields. The core area courses define the Program’s field of study, while the related fields include courses considered important to complete the student’s education, as determined by each core area of the Program.

Special Topics courses are offered irregularly and have variable content, syllabus, and reading lists. These courses cover emerging themes in different core areas and may become permanent courses in the Program. Special Problems courses are offered to individual students who need to study a specific topic for their research that is not covered in the regular courses offered at UFV.
